Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a diligent Testing Center Administrator to join their client's team in Lawrence, MA. This role involves ensuring a secure and efficient testing environment for all candidates. The administrator will be tasked with maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of the testing process, making it a critical position within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and enforce health safety protocols that promote a clean test center environment for candidates and test center staff.
  • Verify valid government-issued IDs and other legal documents.
  • Handle reception duties, including check-in and check-out of testing candidates.
  • Conduct monitoring duties such as one-way mirror surveillance, video surveillance, and routine walk-through inspections.
  • Perform general office tasks, including report writing, email communications, and over-the-phone customer service etiquette.
  • Assist with daily test center operations to ensure a safe and secure testing environment.
  • Provide electronic fingerprinting services at select locations.

Requirements:

The Testing Center Administrator will work onsite from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Candidates should be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment and have excellent attention to detail.

Benefits:

This position offers a competitive pay rate of $15.50 per hour, reflecting the importance of the role in maintaining a secure testing environment.
